How Often Should You Wash Your Stuff?

Sheets should be washed once a week at a high temperature followed by a hot dryer cycle.

Pillows should be washed every 3 to 6 months on gentle cycle, 2 at a time. 1 wash cycle, 2 rinse cycles and then into the dryer.

Carpets should be cleaned once a year. Vacuum followed by a full steam clean to remove all the dirt.

Washers & Dryers should be cleaned once a month. Set the washing machine to it’s hottest temperature, add 2 cups white vinegar and run through the cycle. Run another cycle with 1/2 cup baking soda and wipe clean. Wipe down the inside of the dryer with a damp cloth soaked in white vinegar. Remember to clean the lint trap.

Kitchen sink & drain should be cleaned daily. Spray with disinfectant cleaner and wipe down with a damp cloth.

Refrigerators should be cleaned once a week. Use equal parts water and white vinegar to wipe down the inside and outside.

Toilets should be cleaned once a week. Use a disinfectant spray and a cloth to clean the outside. Use a disinfectant cleanser on the inside, let it sit 10 mins before scrubbing with a toilet brush to make sure all the germs are killed.
