Oklahoma State Fair

It’s Oklahoma State Fair time! The fair started Thursday and since I can remember, before I was even 5 years old, my family has gone to the fair every year! Some years we’ve celebrated my birthday or my Dad’s birthday or we’ve just gone to eat fair food, shop, and people watch! What fun memories!

What’s your favorite food at the fair? Mine is the grilled corn on the cob(only because I have celiac). My families favorites are the corn dogs from Wanda’s stand. Yes we know her name. She’s located right by the old needle around the main circle of the fairgrounds. In the past we have loved the Silver Dollar cinnamon rolls that have been there since I was just a tiny tot. Oh and the Wisconsin fried cheese. Yummy! My mouth is watering!
