4 Reasons Why We Love Real Estate So Much!

As some of you may know, Kim, our beautiful mother, has now been in real estate for over 21 years!! And now Kiley and I have followed in her footsteps and have never looked back! Real estate has been one of the most rewarding aspects of each of our lives and has truly shaped us into the women we are today. We just wanted to take some time to share with you why it is we love this industry so much!

1. The people we get to work with.

It’s a passion of ours to work with individuals and help them make their home-buying dreams a reality! We are a people-focused group of realtors and seek to meet the needs of our clients to the best of our ability. It brings us so much joy to work with buyers and sellers which is a huge contributor to why we love this industry so much!

2. The possibilities are endless.

At its core, real estate is an independent profession. Nothing happens unless we make it happen, and that’s why we are always seeking accountability from one another to meet our goals! That being said, we’ve found it exciting to individually determine our goals and shoot for the stars!

3. Each day is a new challenge.

Although our schedules continue to stay busy with phone calls and appointments, it’s these things that make our success all the more rewarding. The long hours we put in, the stressful moments here and there, and the hopes and dreams we share are the reasons why we find ourselves with a success real estate business, and it’s totally worth it!

4. Every day is different.

No two days are ever the same in real estate and we LOVE it! One day we’re out looking at houses, the next day we’re in an incredible training session at Keller Williams (the #1 training company in the world!), the next day we’re helping sellers get their house ready to sell! The dull, mundane jobs out there would never suite our personalities which is why real estate could not be more perfect!
