Happy President’s Day

Today is President’s Day! A day most people today only associate with car and furniture sales.

However it is a day to pay tribute to George Washington and Abraham Lincoln for their great leadership as presidents. President’s Day is a federal holiday celebrated on the third Monday of February. Since it is a federal holiday, government offices and public schools are closed today.

Don’t forget that the U.S. Postal Office will not deliver mail and will be closed today. Also, most banks will be closed.
