What can The RED Team do for you?

As a first time buyer or seller, this whole process can be confusing. We are here to help. Here’s a description of our job’s and how we would love to help you!

Buyer’s Agent

If we are helping you buy your first home, we are the buyer’s agent. Our role is to act as an advisor to you. We help educate you during this confusing process and to try and make it as easy on you as possible. We will research recent homes put up for sale, make sure and find the best price, and help you to find the home of your dreams. We will handle all negotiations for you with the seller’s agent. We will give you the best advice on repairs after inspections and we will be there for you during closing.

Listing Agent

If you are selling your home we could also be your listing agent. As a listing agent, our job is to try to sell your home at the highest price possible and meet your goals. We want you to get your money’s worth. We will help schedule showings on your home and negotiate the terms of the contract with the buyer’s agent. We will also work the the title company, inspectors and appraisals to make sure your home closes per the contract.
