Sparkling Windows!

Randomly a couple weeks ago I noticed how dirty my windows were!  And almost every time I go to a listing appointment I have to tell my clients they need to clean their windows so they are sparkling for pictures and showings.  Everyone always sighs and says, “I don’t have enough time”,  so I usually refer them to a couple window cleaning companies that I know of. Then, I saw a post on Facebook from a Realtor who suggested Crystal Clear Window Cleaning.  I decided to called Kathryn and she came out quickly to give me an estimate. Kathryn’s  estimate was $135.00 compared to the $400-500.00 estimates I had been given before.  I didn’t want to pay that much before so I would just clean them myself. This time I leveraged my time to work more and pay her to clean my windows. She has been cleaning windows since 1985. Pretty neat! Having her come out to clean my windows paid off and they are sparkling now!

She also cleans new construction homes for $0.18 a square foot plus glass. And she will power wash your sidewalks, driveways and porches also if you need it. Its a 2 hr minimum for $100.00 total then after that it is $45 an hour. She said you can gets lot of power washing done in 2 hours!
