It is December! Can you believe it? There’s something special about looking at christmas light on cold winter nights. Want to know the best places in Oklahoma to go to look at christmas lights this year? Here are some of our favorites!
Midwest City’s Holiday Lights Spectacular – Drive or Walk
November 19th – December 30th

Joe B. Barnes Regional Park – 8700 E. Reno Avenue
There is an animated waterfall display, a tunnel of lights, an animated candy cane company and so much more. It’s one of the best in the metro.
Yukon’s Christmas in the Park (20th Anniversary) – Drive or Walking Tour
November 21st – New Year’s Eve

Yukon City Park,
On friday, Saturday or Sunday from 6-10pm you can ride on a horse drawn carriage for $5 per person or ride on Santa’s Express Trail from 6-10pm for $2 per person. Children under 3 ride for free.

Rhema Christmas Lights – Drive and Walk
November 25th – New Year’s Day

Rhema Bible College, Broken Arrow
Horse drawn carriages are available November 26th-28th and December 4th-5th, 11th-12th, 18th-25th. The carriage rides are $10 for each adult and $5 for each child. A family pack, including two adults and six children, costs $25.

11th Annual Holiday River Parade – Downtown
Friday, November 27 5:30pm
Boats will be decorated with christmas light as an electric parade. As many as 20 boats will float down the river while fireworks go off in the sky.
Admission is Free
The viewing area is at the Boathouse District at 700 South Lincoln. Viewing areas open at 4:00pm so hurry and get a good spot.

Wonderland of Lights – Walking
Weekends November 27th – December 20th 5pm-9pm
Admission $1-$4
Woolaroc Museum & Wildlife Preserve – Turn off State Highway 123 – Near Bartlesville
You can ride a wagon or walk through the park. They will be selling hot cider, hot chocolate, and holiday cookies. There will be live entertainment and an opportunity to meet Santa.
