Colorado
Just a couple months late with this blog post, but I wanted to share our Colorado adventures with you! Wanting to see the leaves of the aspens turn, Brad, the boys and myself headed to Breckenridge, CO, along with my mom and dad. The first day we arrived, we saw signs for the Parade of Homes an so we couldn’t resist not going to see the gorgeous Colorado homes nestled in the mountains. Colorado real estate is quite a bit pricier than here in Edmond, OK. We saw new construction homes that started at a million dollars for only 3000 SF mol to three million plus for 5000 sf mol and larger. Here are just a few of the pictures we took of the homes and their features.
Each home had tons of amenities, all the extras you would and could ever desire, not to mention the stunning views, and you could tell they were of excellent quality.
The weather was gorgeous, the leaves were turning, we had a very relaxing trip, and still, we SOLD a few homes while we were out of town! 😉 The highlight of the trip for our boys was split between the first snow of the year, which happened while we were there, and we rode horses across 4 summit peaks while it snowed on us! Here are a couple of photos we took on our trip too!
