Educational Integris Women’s Health Forum events…

Today I received the Integris Women’s Health Forum magazine and there is so many neat classes that they provide in the Oklahoma City Metro. Some are free and others charge a minimal amount, but you need to check these classes out. Some of the many classes they offer in September are “Laughter is the Best Medicine”, “Makes Your Head Hurt”, “On Pines and Needles”, “No, your jeans haven’t shrunk.
