2013 recap in Edmond & OKC plus the coming 2014!

2013 went off with a bang, but the RED Team feels like 2014 is going to be even better! We sold 93 homes to buyers this year including our listings and we are busy in the New Year already! Edmond and OKC are growing commercially and residentially! Edmond specifically has the new Integris Edmond hospital, the new Sam’s Club and Mercy is hoping to open their complex  in 2014. Francis Tuttle opened a new Business Innovation this year and The Summit Indoor Sports Complex is coming in 2014 as well!  Both cities’ economic activity has record growth and home prices are rising!   Edmond is always a top choice for relocation and I think all the new construction and new businesses opening will pump up our economy even more!
