Happy 4th of July from The RED Team!
Happy 4th of July to all of our friends and family! We hope you have a fun, safe and entertaining day tomorrow. The big OKC area fireworks shows are listed below, and all begin right around dusk, between 9:30 and 10:00 p.m. We thought this was very helpful in planning for tomorrow night. The RED Team is proud to be American!
•The OKC Philharmonic is the star of the show at the annual Red, White & Boom celebration, to be held on July 3rd at State Fair Park. The free patriotic pops concert begins at 8:30 p.m., and fireworks follow.
•Bricktown plays host to 4th Fest, with fireworks over the canal. The live music on the corner of Sheridan and Oklahoma starts at 4 p.m., and you can find great viewing spots all around the area.
•The Philharmonic also makes a July 4th appearance in Yukon for Freedom Fest 2013, a full-day festival that includes live music, a car show, parade and much more.
•The Bethany Freedom Festival is held Thursday at Eldon Lyon Park. In addition to fireworks, there will be a car show, parade, live music and more.
•Edmond LibertyFest events have been going on the last couple of weeks, but Thursday brings the finale. Enjoy the parade early in the day, then the night time festival and fireworks at UCO.
•The Midwest City July 4th Event features live music and fireworks at Joe B. Barnes Regional Park, located near Reno Avenue and Midwest Boulevard.
•And last but not least, Moore’s Celebration in the Heartland, formerly known as Art in the Park, runs all day Thursday. Enjoy arts and crafts, live entertainment, inflatables, food and more before the fireworks show closes it out.
