Steady rise for the Edmond/ OKC Market

The RED Team has been busy, busy, busy these first few weeks of January. Kim and I both feel like we have been working “summer hours” lately.  As 2012 closed, the number of homes being built, homes sold, and home prices in the Oklahoma City metro rose from the past couple years stats.  As the market gets better, the “all time” low rates will drift up, too. Don’t get me wrong, the rates are great right now, but they are going to increase. The real estate forecast is headed for normalcy with a rise in prices and less inventory.
