Getting your home ready to sell…

This past week I had a Realtor friend who had some very specific WANTS in a house and our house fit the criteria, so I thought why not show it. Well, that made me realize how much stress I put on my sellers when they list their homes. I definitely put Brad to work this past week, but my house sure is clean and organized! If I have ever told you as a seller to clean out the closet or straighten that room, I am sorry. Although, most likely, your home sold and that is all you cared about! Each seller puts a lot of “elbow grease” in getting their home ready to go on the market. I have a whole list of items to do before listing your home if any one is interested, but just to name a few…dust all blinds and ceiling fans, wash windows, organize all closets/drawers/cabinets, dust vents, clean out flower beds, de clutter, straighten garage, and the list goes on and on. Let me know if you are interested in the list, but I just wanted to write this post to THANK all of my past and current sellers for all of your hard work that you have put into selling your homes!
