Junior Achievement right here in our backyard

Last week at my MARC meeting, Lezlie Carter talked about the importance of the Junior Achievement program. It is a non-profit organization that educates and inspires students to value free enterprise, understand business economics, be work force ready and financially literate. Junior Achievement brings in community volunteers to K-12 classrooms to help teach these students leadership skills and to help motivate the children for their futures.
