Buyer who talk too much

I have heard of multiple deals that were compromised or the buyers paid more because of the stuff they posted on Facebook and Twitter! I have never even thought about that being an issue, but it has happened. One instance where the buyer wrote an offer on a house then, posted on FB that they really really wanted the house and would pay $$$ to get it. Well, the sellers searched the Internet, found the buyers on FB and saw the post. You guessed it! The sellers countered the buyers contract back with a higher sales price. No fair!  (at least that is what I think) Lesson of the day: don’t post too much information on the social sites!
