2010 Oklahoma State Bond Program Extended to March 21, 2011

The extension of the 2010A Oklahoma State Bond Program was just announced with a rate of 4.75% and 3.5% Down Payment Assistance. There is still $15,000,000 available with zero origination and zero discount, but won’t last long with the recent increase in Mortgage Rates.

***60 day extension fee requirement still applies.
