On July 14, 2009, Forbes.com ranked Oklahoma City, OK as one of the cheapest places to live in the West South Central Region. Tulsa, OK was also included in the top three in this region. They ranked cities by using cost-of-living data by using Moody’s Economy.com and home affordability figures from Wells Fargo and the National Association of Home Builders. From their they used other Bureaus and companies to rank each city.
